Pick a ready-written template, adjust it, and submit it to Meta. Order updates, reminders, receipts and more, filtered by category, use case and industry.
Message templates are how you start a WhatsApp conversation outside the 24-hour window. Writing good ones takes time, so Templates now has an Avox library next to Meta's own.

How it works
- Open Templates, Library and choose the Avox library tab.
- Filter by category, use case or industry. Some templates come in more than one language.
- Pick one: it opens the create screen already filled in. Adjust it, then submit it to Meta.
