Build a WhatsApp Flow: short forms that open inside the chat
Bookings, sign-ups and surveys that customers fill in without leaving WhatsApp, built and published from Avox.
A WhatsApp Flow is a short form that opens right inside a chat. Customers tap, fill it in, and their answers come back to Avox.
Make one
- Open Flows and choose Create Flow.
- Start from scratch or from a premade Flow, such as Get feedback, Send a survey, Collect purchase interest or Customer support.
- Edit it with a live phone preview next to the editor, and use Validate to check it the way Meta will.
- Choose Create & publish. Avox publishes it to Meta straight away.
Send it
Add the Use Flows action to an automation, and the Flow goes out when the automation runs. The Flows overview shows how many responses each one has had in the last 30 days.
