Avox is built and operated by AAIDA Corp. Private Limited, a certified Meta Business Partner. This page describes exactly what that means in practice for how Avox is built - not a marketing label, but the actual technical relationship our platform runs on.

Avox connects to your own WhatsApp Business Account using Meta's Cloud API and the WhatsApp Coexistence feature, via Meta's Embedded Signup flow. Coexistence is what lets you keep using the regular WhatsApp Business App on your phone alongside Avox's automation and shared inbox, rather than forcing a full migration off it.

Avox never creates or owns a WhatsApp Business Account on your behalf. Embedded Signup connects your existing (or newly created) WhatsApp Business Account directly to Avox, under your own Meta Business Manager - you retain full ownership and can disconnect at any time from your Meta Business settings, which also triggers our data-deletion process.

Per-conversation WhatsApp message costs are billed by Meta directly, to your own connected payment method. Avox's subscription fee is entirely separate and never marks up or resells your Meta message costs.

Using Avox doesn't exempt you from Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy - those govern what you can send and to whom, regardless of which platform you use to send it. Meta can restrict or suspend a WhatsApp Business Account directly, independent of anything Avox does.
