A “connection” is one WhatsApp number wired into Avox. Every plan includes a fixed number, so cost scales with how many numbers you're actually running, not per message or per agent.
A person replies, not a bot
Every plan comes with real support from the people who build Avox, by email or through a support ticket in your dashboard.
Change plans as you grow
Move to a bigger or smaller plan from your dashboard whenever you need to - PayPal confirms the change and the new price starts from your next billing date. How you pay also sets your Automation credits: a 12-month commitment gives you more credits each month than paying monthly, and a year paid upfront grants a full year's credits at once. Each plan's card shows its exact numbers. Plan credits you don't use roll over when your plan renews, and credit top-ups are there whenever you need more.
Meta's own messaging costs are separate
Avox's fee covers the platform - webhooks, templates, monitoring, support. Meta bills your WhatsApp messages directly, at their own published rates, with no Avox markup. Billing in your dashboard shows the charges Meta reports and each number's Meta payment status.
