Terms of Service
The service
Avox is a platform, provided by AAIDA Corp. Private Limited ("AAIDA Corp," "we," "us"), that configures WhatsApp Coexistence for your WhatsApp Business Account and layers a shared inbox, contacts, templates, WhatsApp Flows, automation, call history, analytics, the Avox API and message forwarding on top of it. Avox connects to your own WhatsApp Business Account via Meta's Embedded Signup - it does not replace or resell WhatsApp itself.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to use Avox. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account, including anything a team member you've invited to your Switchboard does with the access and permissions you granted them. The same goes for your Avox API keys: keep them secret, and you're responsible for every request made with them and for the server you choose to forward messages to.
Plans, billing, and automation credits
Avox charges a flat platform fee, paid through PayPal and charged in US dollars (any price shown in another currency is an estimate). Prices can differ by country: you pay the price for your billing country, or, before you've added billing details, for the country your connection appears to be in, and an active subscription keeps the price it started with. You can pay Monthly; Yearly, which is a 12-month commitment at the yearly discount shown on the pricing page, still charged monthly; or One-time, a single payment covering one year at the one-time discount shown on the pricing page, which doesn't renew by itself. Monthly and Yearly subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Plan changes take effect once PayPal confirms them, with the new price applying from your next billing date. Coupons and gift codes are subject to their own conditions, one per purchase. WhatsApp message costs are billed to you directly by Meta and are not part of your Avox fee. Each plan includes an allowance of automation credits for each credit period; automations stop sending once that balance is used up. When your plan renews, unused plan credits roll over into the next period under the rollover rules shown in your dashboard; if it doesn't renew, they end with the period. You can also buy top-up credits, which last 12 months. Credits have no cash value and don't convert to a refund. Pausing a Switchboard stops it sending but doesn't pause your plan's billing.
Offers and gifts
From time to time we may offer you discount codes, gift plans, free automation credits, higher limits for a while, or help from the Avox team. Each offer shows what it includes and when it ends, can only be used by the account it was given to, and may only apply to certain plans or billing options. Offers that aren't claimed or used before they end expire. Gifted plans, credits and limit boosts have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged, and end when their stated period ends. Offers, gifts and any free plan or trial we offer are meant to be used once per person or business, so please don't open extra accounts to claim them again. We may withdraw an offer that was given in error or is being misused, after a member of our team has reviewed it.
Cancellation and refunds
Every plan comes with a 15-day money-back guarantee on its first payment. Cancelling stops future charges, and your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've already paid for. A Yearly plan is a commitment to 12 monthly payments; cancelling it before all 12 have been made carries a flat $8 (USD) early-cancellation fee, paid through PayPal when you confirm the cancellation. One-time plans never carry that fee. Outside the guarantee, refunds of any amount up to what you paid are at our discretion. Full details, including how to ask for a refund and failed payments, are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms by reference.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Avox to send unsolicited bulk messages, to violate Meta's own WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, to harass or defraud anyone, or to attempt to bypass the per-tenant automation-credit or rate limits described in our Security page. We may suspend an account that violates this section, or that Meta itself flags or restricts at the WhatsApp Business Account level.
Your content and your automations
You own the templates, automation configurations, and message content you create in Avox. You're solely responsible for what your automations actually send - Avox executes the trigger/action chain you configure exactly as configured, and does not review or moderate automation content before it goes out.
Dependency on Meta's platform
Avox's core functionality depends entirely on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform staying available and your WhatsApp Business Account staying in good standing with Meta. We aren't responsible for outages, policy changes, or account restrictions that originate from Meta's own platform rather than from Avox itself.
Intellectual property
Avox, its logo, and its software are the property of AAIDA Corp. Private Limited. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our brand or source code beyond what's needed to use the service as intended.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Avox is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, AAIDA Corp. Private Limited disclaims implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Termination
You can cancel your plan at any time from Billing in your dashboard, subject to the Cancellation & Refund Policy above. We may suspend or terminate an account for a material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or a Meta-side restriction on your WhatsApp Business Account that makes the service unusable. If a plan ends or is paused for non-payment, your WhatsApp numbers on Avox pause until a plan is active again.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as Avox changes. Material changes will be announced from the dashboard or by email rather than silently edited in place.
