See Meta's WhatsApp charges and payment status on your Billing page
Your WhatsApp message costs from Meta, by day and type with no Avox markup, and whether each number is in good standing with Meta.
WhatsApp messages are charged by Meta. Your Billing page now shows those costs next to your Avox plan, so everything is in one place.
Two new cards on Billing
- Meta chargesYour WhatsApp message costs by day and type for the last 7, 30 or 90 days, with no Avox markup. Each figure says whether it is synced with Meta or still an estimate, and you can download the detail as a CSV.
- Meta payment statusOne row per WhatsApp number, marked OK, Problem or Pending. If something needs fixing, you get the steps and a button that opens the right place in Meta.
If a number has a payment problem with Meta, a banner at the top of Billing tells you, because messages may not send until it is fixed.
What Meta keeps to itself
Meta doesn't share its invoices or their paid status with apps like Avox. To see those, use View Meta invoices on the Billing page, which opens Meta's own billing hub.
