When something seems off, the first question is: is it us, or is it WhatsApp? The Avox status page answers that at a glance.
What it shows
- Every Avox serviceSign-in, WhatsApp webhooks, the Avox API, billing, email delivery and more, each with its own status.
- WhatsApp (Meta), separatelyThe parts run by Meta, such as incoming messages and message sending. When only Meta is having trouble, the page says so, and that Avox itself is working normally.
- LiveThe page updates without a reload, and you can ask it to check everything again.
- History and incidentsUptime over time, anything ongoing, and past incidents from the last 90 days.
