A Switchboard is a workspace for one business: its own WhatsApp numbers, contacts, templates, automations and team. If you look after more than one business, run a Switchboard for each and switch between them in a click. Your plan sets how many you can have.
Pause when you need to
An Admin can pause a whole Switchboard: every number, automation and forwarded message stops, and all your data stays. It needs a code we email you, and Resume brings everything back. You can also pause a single number from Connections.
