Admins, Managers and permissions for each person

Every Switchboard has two roles. Admins run it: numbers, billing, team and settings. Managers do the day-to-day work. Every Switchboard always keeps at least one Admin.

Fine-tune each Manager

Admins can switch individual permissions on or off for each Manager. For example, a Manager can read conversations without replying, or see only the last digits of customers' phone numbers unless an Admin allows full numbers. The Manager gets an email when their permissions change.

Invite your team

In Settings, Switchboard, choose Invite and pick Admin or Manager. Invitations last a week. Admins can see team and settings changes in the activity log.
