Unused plan credits now roll over, and top-ups last 12 months
Automation credits you didn't use can carry into your next period when your plan renews, and credits you buy stay valid for a year.
Automation credits are now easier to plan around.
- NewUnused plan credits can roll over into the next period when your plan renews. Your plan's rule is shown in plain words on the Credits page.
- NewCredits are used in a fair order: rolled-over credits first, then this period's plan credits, then credits you bought.
- ImprovedBought credits are a one-time payment, last 12 months, and come with an emailed receipt.
- ImprovedThe Credits page shows what's available now, when plan credits renew, your packs and what's left in each, and a history of every period.
Good to know
- Rollover happens when your plan renews. If a plan ends instead, its unused plan credits end with it; bought credits keep their own 12 months either way.
- Rolled-over credits don't roll over a second time.
- You can buy credits while a Switchboard is paused. They're ready when you resume.
