Avox AI (Beta): rules that answer, tag and follow up for you

Avox AI is the automation layer of Avox, in Beta. It doesn't make things up: it sends exactly what you set up, when the rules you chose say so.

Start with a trigger

Six ways an automation can start

  • Keyword matchA message contains words you choose.
  • Any messageEvery incoming message.
  • Outside business hoursA message arrives while you're closed.
  • No-reply follow-upA customer hasn't heard back.
  • New contactSomeone messages you for the first time.
  • Tag addedA tag is applied to a contact.

Then choose what happens

Actions cover messages and templates, buttons and lists, Flows and questions, pictures and documents, tags and contact fields, conditions and waits, and telling your team or sending details to your own webhook. Build it on a visual canvas, or start from a premade automation.

Automations should save your team time without ever surprising a customer.
The Avox team

Good to know

  • One automation runs for each incoming message: the oldest matching one that's switched on.
  • Each automation fires at most once an hour for the same contact.
  • Automated sends use credits from your plan. Marking as read and tagging are free.
