Every contact gets a profile with their details, activity and private notes, plus quick views like "New this week".
Contacts are added for you as customers message you, call you or come across from the WhatsApp Business app. Each one now has a full profile.

Phone numbers are encrypted at rest. Managers see only the last digits unless an Admin lets them see full numbers.
